Some Videos Showing Debate in Round
This is a brief synopsis of debate on the whole and highlights the 2006 National Debate Tournament. It also gives a look in round and the unique speaking style that is common in debate known as "speeding" in which words are spoken rapidly in order to get as many arguments out as possible.
This video once again highlights the rapid speaking style in a round against Berkeley and Harvard. It also includes a teleprompter showing what words are being said so it is clear that even though they are speaking quickly it is not just gibberish and is an ordered set of argumentation.
